Most types of equipment require your employees to have adequate safety training. We carry
Safety Harnesses in all sizes or you can supply your own.

ANSI Standards For Aerial Work Platforms

Due to the 1993 ANSI standards changes it is mandatory that all personnel using aerial equipment obtain training by an authorized trainer of aerial equipment.

Following are the ANSI standards for operating training. ANSI/SIA A92.2 1990 Vehicle-Mounted Elevating & Rotating Aerial Devices
ANSI/SIA A92.3 1990 Manually Propelled Elevating Aerial Platforms
ANSI/SIA A92.5 1992 Boom-Supported Elevating Work Platforms
ANSI/SIA A92.6 1999 Self-Propelled Elevating Work Platforms


" Only properly trained individuals shall operate the aerial work platform or one having operating characteristics and controls consistent with the one they used during actual work site operation. "

" The record of trainee's of aerial platform instruction shall be maintained by the user for a minimum of four years. Records of the operator(s) trained on each model of the aerial platform shall be retained for a minimum of four years. "

Information on our Training Sessions

Where
Safety training can be performed at either our facility or your facility or on a job site. Additional charges may apply if we need to transport equipment for training.

When
Classes held weekdays from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Class Size
From five to twenty people may attend one class at your facility or job site. If you have a small group we can work several groups together. Class sizes at our facility are a maximum of twelve people.

The course lasts 4 to 6 hours depending on class size, length of time needed for hands-on-training and open discussion.

Cost
The cost of the course is minimal to cover our expenses. Cost includes: instructor, supplies, mail outs, proof of training cards and certificates, training books and wallet cards.
